You're probably a little anemic, thats kinda typical with periods. Find something in your house that is high in iron like a vitamin or raisins, something like that.

Sounds like dysmennorhea. Try taking a nap.

take some pain killers and try to get in touch with someone. if ur light head u might vomit but afterwards go lay down and you'll feel better
but make sure u contact someone

Lay down on the couch and close your eyes. You can put a heating pad, or headed water bottle on your stomache. Good luck, feel better soon.

go lay down for a little while and rest.

Okay, you're probably anemic. Try some orange juice, and stay sitting or lying down. When your mom comes home, if you aren't feeling better, tell her. You may need to see a doctor, or it may be something your mom is familiar with if it runs in the family.

If your wearing a tampon.....take it out !! I could be the early signs of toxiz shook syndrome !! hope you feel bettersoon !!

Lay down. Try and eat if you can. Take some pain pills if you are in pain and just rest. Feel better!

don't take any tablets or medication unless you have some specifically for periods, get a glass of water and try taking a nap, text your mom or aunt, try and lay down, take your mind off of it sweetheart

You need to eat something. Your period involves blood loss, which can make some women slightly anemic (low iron levels in your blood), which can make you light-headed.
Forget the cereal and eat something high-protein, with a lot of iron in it, like red meat or spinach. Keep to a regular healthy diet - no junk food, no dieting, no skipping meals. You'll feel better.

Stop freaking out - unless you're actually falling to the fall or crashing into walls, you're not in a serious medicial condition, and there is no need to panic. Don't get overdramatic - focus on taking care of yourself.

you also might be alittle dehydrated too, drink something and eat alittle
