Medically, marijuana has been proven to reduce all kinds of pain ranging from stomach cramps to nausea and pain from chemotherapy. The government just doesn't want to admit it. They have spent so much money and effort telling us pot is bad, if they turn around now and say it's good they will look like idiots. Marijuana is safe, natural pain relief

it can relax muscles so yes but . . . there are a lot of other things it does too, some which might not be so great! It affects huge areas of the brain and changes your brain chemistry. If you have tummy cramps, try ibruprofen which is an anti-inflammatory or good old paracetamol which are designed pain killers rather than a drug which has a huge range of effects.
