I think i am lactose??? :(?!

Question: sometimes when i drink milk after i have really bad diahrreah, im 15 and im just getting those cramps and stuff now so if i was lactose wouldn't i have had it when i was younger??? or can it develope at different times???

Hey, I'm lactose intolerant too and yes it does suck. you sound like me when I found out I'm lactose. You can always buy lactose free milk. the best is soy milk though because it's filled with protein. So drink as much soy milk as you want. Don't listen to people that its gross, its actually really good!
