Pain in my lower side (right side) of my stomich after i use the restroom....wha!
Question: im studying medicine and from the things i have read in my books it sounds like it could be appendicitis which is when your appendix swells up and causes sharp pains in your lower groin area...or it could probably be an ovarian cyst....both of these conditions can cause pain in your lower stomach area....but what i HIGHLY suggest is that you go see your family doctor and have them check you out....the sooner the better :o) good luck!

A urinary tract infection
it could be trapped gas,or appendicitis,id get it checked out asap.any pain in the lower right quadrant of your stomach should rase red flag.
Probably the same thing I'm dealing with right now. Kidney stones. Drink a lot of water. I started getting them a lot (yeast infections too) when I stopped drinking milk.
