Rash on my chest?!

Question: As i was getting in the shower i noticed that I have a red circle like rash under my right breast, and under my left, almost where my clevage starts. I assume that it's a sweat rash. (i just got done working out) but im not sure...
It itches a little, but it doesn't hurt.
Is it a rash?
Should i be worried?

I was going to say heat rash. Sometimes your bra can aggravate this alone or with the heat. Try using something like Neosporin or any over the counter anti-itch cream.

One summer I had a particularly bad time right beneath my right breast and scratched periodically to where I had to get the Neosporin. It worked well. But, if you haven't been scratching just use an anti-itch cream which is usually milder.

If you don't notice any improvement, definitely check with the doc.

similar to heat rash. put gold bond on areas. make sure after showering the areas are dry

umm check your bra size it might be too small for you. If it's not that then rub honey onto your skin, cause it's a good cleasner for rashes.

Uh oh. Sounds like you have AIDS.

It's a yeast infection and the only way to get rid of it is to get a prescription for nystatin. I get them all the time and most women with larger chests get a few a year. I know you have probably only heard of yeast infections down under but they can happen anywhere. Babies get them in the folds of their skin. You can get them anywhere you sweat that is cut off from air.

Could be a fungal infection. Get some Telsun shampoo and apply to the areas - just leave it on till your next shower, then reapply. That will usually clear it up within 10-12 days. Or it could be an allergic reaction to the elastic in your bra combined with sweat, or use of a new lotion or bathing product. Could be ringworm, though it usually does not show up in this location! The obvious answer, though, is see your doctor. If it is a fungal infection, it will spread, & you may need something stronger. The only real danger I know of with fungal infections of the topical sort is cosmetic - some of them can kill off the pigment in your skin. If it's an allergy, that needs to be addressed, and if it's ringworm, that Definitely needs to be addressed. Don't ignore this - have it checked out. Don't wait until it starts itching or hurts.

Probably not , try some Benedryl and see if that helps . Have you had the chicken pocs yet if not go see your doc

Well I would like to see it first hand to be sure! LOL

Honestly go to Wal-Mart or any drug store and ask for 'Tea Tree Oil'. I have used it to clear up poison ivy, psychosis, heat rash, not to mention cuts and scrapes. give it a try as it is cheaper than the creams and lotions that the doctors will prescribe. I hope you will share a picture after you are all cleared up! ;-)

i get a rash all over when i work out and sweat i have been told many things what it could be all it is is an allergic reaction to sweat if you go see your doctor there is a special body wash that they can give you to take care of it good luck
