Women only please, graphic!help!!!?!

Question: Ok this is REALLY embarassing, but I've just been to the loo and when i was wiping down there, about a spoonful of jelly like discharge was on the tissue!!it was kind of clear with small yellow bits in it, and was like gak (if anyone remembers what that is!)and really stringy! Then I wiped again and more came out!!!
I cam off my birth control a month ago, and had my second period since then just a few days ago. I'm going to the doctors this afternoon anyway, but would rather not talk to my MALE doctor about this!

I cant be pregnant
I shouldnt be ovulating for another week
I dont have any STI's
I dont have any other yeast-infection symptoms

I have also been gettin really bad pain in my ovaries and didnt sleep because of it last night.
I have had a smear and it was clear
And there are no URI infections

Help!!!!

It really sounds like you are ovulating. I never realised what it was like to ovulate properly until I came off the pill too and what you describe is exactly what I get. If you had a yeast infection you would most likely have discomfort/pain down below, particularly when you urinate. If you do have a yeast infection you can actually apply plain natural yogurt (preferably a live one) to your bits and it will clear it up in no time. I know it sounds a bit messy/wierd but it really works.

it sounds like a yeast infection to me. are you sure you dont have an std? possibly bv...
good luck and dont be embarassed. thats why hes a doctor.
its his job. good luck.

it actually might be that ur ovulating: you have quite a bit of discharge and you say you get a pain in your ovaries...if the pain is TOO great then you should get all of this checked out...but if the pain ur feeling is just something like a cramp then that's normal when ovulating...DONT BE SCARED TO ASK YOUR DOCTOR...HE/SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL...IM SURE THEY HAVE DEALT WITH WIERDER QUESTIONS/SITUATIONS!!!

probably a yeast infection? You can try eating yogurt daily, that will help balance you out down thhere and it's alot cheaper than buying those stupid monistat things. Or you could be ovulating. I don't know ask the doc if you are in pain though

Tell the Doc, he can test for yeast infection (sounds like one to me), or any other explanation. You may not have had sex, or sex in a long time, but that does not mean you do not have a yeast infection. Sometimes you will detect an odor, often, not. If you have been on anti-biotics, you can have a yeast infection. Many causes.
If you are hurting that bad, tell the doctor. You may have an infection that has gone on long enough to have spread and is now Pelvic Inflammatory. Don't wait any longer. Most of your symptoms can be taken care of easily. However, they should be taken seriously. Any of these, and especially all together can be very serious. Do not be shy. Be aggressive in your own health care. Take charge of caring for you.

may be yeast infection

sounds like ovulation pain, you have come off the pill so your cycle could be changing, ask your doctor, better still ask to see a female doctor if you are uncomfortable in seeing a male one, you have every right to see who you like. Good luck.

You may have ovulated sooner than you think. Pain could be a sign of ovulation or it could be a cyst. And dear a doctor is a doctor. Even a male one, he has heard it all and its not shocking to him.

This is what happens with ovulation. You could be ovulating early this month. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have any fish odor, itching or burning.
Good luck
