For the most part, its your mind reacting to the situation. Nyquil and alcohol don't make everyone feel that way, but many do enjoy it. For most girls that do enjoy it, its about feeling a little bit out of control. I know that might sound silly, but we are all programmed to be aroused when we loose control a bit - as long as you feel safe while its happening, just enjoy it. I get that nice feeling from nyquil and ambien - I don't drink much so I can't comment on that. I get a similar feeling when I do something that puts me a bit out of my comfort zone, like wearing a swimsuit at a busy pool. Hope that helps.
