One a day women pills...?!
Question: i took the one a day pill. after eating and like 30 min later i get nauseas. i stopped taking them. i tired taking them again and i got the same feeling again. why does that happen?

stop taking them and go ask a professional about why they do that.
I have no clue why it happens but One A Day does the same thing to me...I have found that the ones with green tea extract make me more nauseous than others. Take them before bed.
i do this same thing. my reasoning is b/c it has too much iron in the pill for my body. i am anemic. so i was told to take iron pills. well i cant b/c it makes me so sick an actually throwing up.
it could be that all the minerals and vitamins are not agreeing with your stomach. that feeling usually goes away within a week after continuously taking them. if you feel that it might be something else than you need to talk with your doctor about another OTC vitamin that might be better for you! good luck.
What are the good points about the Pill?

Because of this, you are less likely to get anemic.
