Pregnancy and Your Body?!
Question: Do you think if a pregnant woman ate a more balanced and healthy diet during pregnancy that they would have an easier time getting their bodies back?
I was just wondering, I'm not pregnant, it might happen in the future but I'm focusing on college right now. I know your body is never the same, but I wondered if you ate the right things and the right porportions instead of indulging all the time, would you have an easer time returning to somewhat of the same body you're used to?
Thanks in advance. ;]

Honestly, the less you gain the less you have to lose. You still have to put on weight for the baby, but you don't have to go overboard. Most women forget that they aren't actually eating for two adults. Eating healthy and keeping active will give you a great start for getting back in shape. It does take awhile, but breastfeeding does help.
The best way to get your figure back is to breast feed. When a Woman Breast feeds her baby, the "baby weight" comes off. Women who opt for formula will retain the baby weight and will only lose it through diet and exercise.
