It is a doctor who specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Women use them because they are experts in the female reproductive system and they also know a lot about sperm in men because this is often a factor in couples having trouble getting pregnant.
Women also go to them for routine "Pap" smears which check for cervical cancer, yeast infections, pain, discharge, and birth control pills.
For men, there are doctors called "Urologists" who specialize in the penis.

OBGYN stands for Obstetrician/Gynecologists. They take care of BOTH pregnant ( the OB part ) and non pregnant women. ( GYN part )
