For a young girl who hasnt gone through puberty?!

Question: is it better for a young girl to wear a bra at night or no bra so they can grow?

Its perfectly fine to wear a bra to bed if you want, but its your own choice. Most young girls who are just starting to develop don't wear a bra - but it isn't to do with growing. Its more about what they feel comfortable with.

When you are barely developed, you really don't need any support. As you do develop more, you should start to wear a bra for support.

As was suggested in another answer, for many, a sports bra is an excellent idea. They feel comfortable at night and provide support. Don't be surprised if it is tough to sleep the first few nights you do wear a bra to bed. It can take a little getting used to.

While on the topic, it reminds me of a question I saw a while back. A girl was asking if it was ok to wear a bodysuit/swimsuit to bed. The answer is similar - as long as its not horribly tight, its fine.

never wear a bra to bed.

Unless the bra is so small you can barely breathe (binding) breasts will grow regardless. Choose which is more comfortable.

for me it is better with no bra, so you can get a little freedom and give them some room to grow. but sometimes it just feels weird sleeping w/ a bra.

IT'S A MYTH WHEN THEY SAY YOU SHOULDNT WEAR A BRA AT NIGHT SO UR BOOBS WILL GRO.

IF YOU WEAR A BRA OR NOT YOUR BOOBS WILLGROW STILL, I WEAR ONE EVERY NIGHT.

i am i teen girl also who hasnt either and i wear a sports bra at night so my boobs dont hurt i do think that is a myth the growing thing but idk
