I totally do that all the time.

(EXCUSES)

Say that you have an ear infection, and you were told not to go swimming.

or

i forgot my swimming suit, and come in ur best outfit.

or

my eyes are very sensitive in pools and i need goggles but i forgot it.

or

you cant swim?

(SOLUTION)

Go to the toilet and check if ur blood is dried in ur undies, if they are go swimming its done for the day, till u feel its comming back.
anyways periods dont come out if u are underwater. they hold in till u get out.
so u can come in, then get out and come in then get out, so that means u can stay in for like half an hour till u get out and go to the toilet to check on it.

dont worry i do that every month.
cos where i live its always hot so i go swimming like 1nce a week, and its fine!
promise..

Just say that you dont want to swim, say you have an earache, and the water will upset it.. Works every time!

say your feeling sick or have a tummy ache:) hopppppe you feel better

ask someone to take u to the store for tampons......

i would ask for some monney and go into the star an by sum tan! but if you can not jest say you do not fill like sweming they should be ok about it! good luck

your period will stop once you get in the water but if you are looking for an excuse say that you don't feel like getting wet

its dpends how heavy your flow is. if its light, you can swim. blood doesnt go in the pool. but if your heavy then, buy a tampon

The pressure exerted by the water is more than the pressure exerted by your menstrual flow. Essentially, this means, "You don't need protection while swimming". Honestly, you don't. If that's a little too difficult for you to grasp, think of it like this--Do you remember that little experiment you did in elementary school? The one with the cup and the paper towel balled up in the very bottom of it? If you turned the cup up-side down (With the opening of the cup now being at the bottom) and dunk this into a vat of water--you'll notice that no water enters the cup and the paper towel doesn't get wet. However, you'll also notice that the paper towel stays balled up into the back of the cup. In the case of menstruation, the paper towel represents your blood, and the cup, well..you get the idea.
The only time you'd need protection is if you're heavy and the trip to the pool is a long drive or walk. When you get there, it's perfectly safe for you to remove whatever you were wearing. This absolutely does NOT contaminate the water. Hope this helps.
