Calm down. It happens. You'll have to reach up with two fingers and grab it. You need to be calm to do it.
As for birth control pills...they can make you bloat a little and can make your breasts tender. If they're growing, they're probably doing that on their own.
That happened to me once. I had to literally stick thumb and pointer finger up there and get a hold of it. It will hurt at first, but you can do it.

Relax. You're never going to be able to do this if you are freaking out. Take a few deep breaths then carefully and slowly reach your finger in and take the tampon out.
As for birth control pills making your breasts grow, I've never heard of that, but I suppose it CAN happen. Birth control commonly causes weight gain in many women, so it would make sense that if you got fatter your boobs might get a little bigger.
you need to grin and bear it get ur hand up and just pull, there are tampons without strings anways, you should be able to grab the bottom, if not you will have to go to a&e because of the toxic syndrome than can happen. The pill does not make your boobs grow, trust me!!
