I think it is just your period
I get my cramps in my entire bottom area, from front to back
And sometimes feels like a pain in my butt
Maybe yours is more in back because of the position of your uterus? it could be tilted, but don't worry about that, many women's uterus tilts one way or the other.
Have a gynecologist check you out to make sure nothing is seriously wrong.
And Oh yeah I get cramps a day or 2 b4 my period too.
Hey yep it sounds like its just period pain some woman get it in that area others in their lower back, tummy etc. just take panadol and a hot water bottle may help :) If it gets really bad talk to a nurse or doctor as it is not uncommon, it happens to every woman and is nothing to be embarrased about, they may be able to give you something to ease the pain :)
sometimes when you experience menstrual cramps... you feel it in other places but in fact its coming from your abdomen.
