I am sorry to hear about your mom. Must be hard to go through these changes without her to talk to. But, as hard and awkward as it may feel to talk to your Dad, they know a lot too, and may surprise you with how cool they can be about it. Remember, he went through periods and pregnancy with your mom. He's seen and learned a lot long before you got here! Periods are often irregular when you first start out, for some people it takes years for them to regulate. Mine didn't become regular until I was 17 and I started mine at 11. As for breasts, don't worry about being on the smaller side right now. I'll let you in on a little secret, big breasts are not all they are cracked up to be. They can be uncomfortable and just as embarrassing as small ones. And having them grow gradually can be much nicer than having them get quite big quickly. I was one of the last girls in my class to get breasts, but by the end of the year I had the largest. Needless to say, going from flat as a board to a d-cup in the span of a year was a bit much to take. And I was teased. Your body knows what it is doing. Let people say what they want. Be proud of who you are and be comfortable with your changing body, don't compare yourself to others. Every freckle, every curve and bump and perhaps blemish, are what make you unique. You are special just for being you. You just work on being happy with who you are, and let your body figure itself out hon! Best wishes! *hug*

normal at your age, brest did your mom have big brest ? some get them and some don't

i was like that to but now its different

heyyy,
you shouldn't be worried about the period situation some people's cycles are just different. The boob thing i totally relate im not heavy chested either im 16 and i'm still a A cup but my boobs have grown more from when i was 13 so give it some time. :-)

My period schedule is just like that. Totally normal. Breast will come in time. I had nothing untill I was 18 years old. Stil did not have much breast untill after I had my first child. Now I am proud to say I get to sport D cups that I never had to purchase. Slow down. Boobs are just a bunch of fat anyways.

It is all okay and normal. I had small breast untill I was 18 and got prego. If you get made fun of maybe they are jellous or if guys do it maybe they just like you. Don't worry bout it.

Well, first of all I am sorry to hear about your mom I have suffered great losses to so I know what it's like. But to answer your question you shouldn't even have to tell your dad about your period. Whenever you go shopping with friends or alone doesn't matter just stock up then or buy a big pack. My parents are divorced so its hard for me too I just hide them in a drawer at my dad's house so you can do the same. As for your breasts they will grow eventually but until then just buy padded bras or if you feel comfortable enough you can stuff them but I don't reccomend that.
hope I helped= ]
good luck!

Im so sorry about your mom... But dads know alot too.. I felt akward telling my dad too, but one day we talked and he made good points..
About your breast, mine are small and im 19.. I use to get sad looking at girls with theres popping out but think if your boobs were big they would always get in the way..Imagine running and the back pain.. Big boobs arent all that great..All natural is!!!
So just get alot of calcium...Eat right, and exersice..I hope i helped..

When they want to...They take time! And plus your only 13.
Gurl im 11 and feel the same way.

Periods can be tricky things. My daughter is 13 and got her period last May. She has only had 3 periods. Every person is different and some people take longer to regulate their period. You can get your period at different times for as long as 2 years, eventually it will probably start to come at the same time every month.
As far as your breasts go they will grow just give them time. I know some girls that had small breasts until the second year of high school and then their boobs got much larger. Just be happy with what you have and soon enough they will grow. I hope this helps you.
