My friend slept with a guy tonight and she said that she is having a lot of disc!

Question: She said its a burning feeling. I am not sure if it burns when she goes to the bathroom or just inside her vagina. I am not sure if this is normal or not. She was getting really scared when i was chatting with her on the phone. What could this be?Could of he had a std?Do they show up that quick though?I thoght it took some time to get them.

It's possible she had an allergic reaction. You don't mention if she said she used a condom or not, but allergies to latex aren't uncommon. Usually the water based lubricant isn't a problem, but some women do have issues with it, other sorts of lubricants shouldn't be used with condoms regardless, humble KY is the safest I've come across for lack of allergies and safety with latex.

Semen can cause irritation too, or if the guy hadn't cleaned properly prior to sex it could be smegma, or even urine that caused the irritation, can't stress enough that guys need to clean all of their penis properly prior to sex regardless of if they're cut or uncut that includes under the head.

It is unlikely it is an STD, next day reactions aren't common place as said before. Most of them have a minimum incubation period of several days, and it might be a few more before signs show.

Rough sex, or anal and then vaginal intercourse are likely culprits too.

Most people I know feel the need to pee after intercourse badly, but if they don't, like was mentioned UTIs or Urinary Tract Infections are common place.

The mighty FSM is punishing her, obviously.

Is she pregnant? Maybe you should ask us.

eeeewwweeee ........why dont people use protection?

I would go see a doctor. It could be a STD.

It could be an STD, but the more common reason would be a UTI, which is common after sex if you don't urinate directly after. Also, if a condom was not used semen can actually irritate some women. Also, the lubricant on a condom can cause irritation. Because of this, it would makse sense that she has a lot of discharge, since the body is trying to fix the irritation.

If she does have a UTI, these are things she can do until she gets a doctor's appt to get antibiotics....
-drink mass amounts of water
-urinate often!
-drink 100% cranberry juice
-take AZO/cranberry pills
-get an appt with a doctor!

tell her to get a glove on and examin her vagina

STDs don't show signs this quickly.
Depending on the duration of sex and "intensity", there is a possibility that the inside of the vagina is simply sore.

Couple of things; a feminine wash wash is not a bad idea and drinking cranberry juice to help out with possible bladder infection is also not a bad idea. However, a bladder infection doesn't show it's signs this quickly either.
If this continues for more than a couple of days, she should seek medical help.

First of all your friend should not be having unprotected sex. It is too many diseases out here. It could be an number of things going on. It depends on the color of the discharge. She could have gonorrhea, trichomonis or chlamydia. It could be either of the three and yes they are all std's. She better hope she did not contract HIV.

Sounds like A urinary tract infection.

-latex allergy
-UTI
-a vaginal problem that was already there that was aggravated by sex, like a yeast infection.

if it was her first time,,,, then yes it may hurt after for a while....
if she is very conserned then she should consult with a doctor.
