HELP...i need some help....i am scared..?!


Question: i feel like i am slowly dyeing or somthing..i had a hysterectomy a year and a half ago..after that..i started changing.. ( they left one ovary) i felt tired and depressed...didnt want to do or go anywhere..weird...gained weight...cause i stayed home on the stupid computer for a year..no exercise...now if i try to walk or even go shopping i feel pain every where..probably cause i am so out of shape...so how do i get back into shape physically??? I really hurt alot muscular ... i washed my car and almost died 2 days later form my strained muscles....i hate this...help please..what can i do"??? oh and i feel more normal and back to myself as far as emotionaly now....it just physically im so out ot shape....

It sounds to me as if you have been going through depression after your sugery. The not wanting to go out, staying inside, isolating yourself are signs of depression, which is common after sugery especially a hysterectomy which is hard on your boby physically and emotionally because of the hormonal changes. I think you have been inside so long and lack of excercise has caused muscle weakness. but I am not doctor and I think you should make a appointment with yours and let him check you out and tell him how you are feeling. Go see youre doctor incase it might be something serious

Walk. To the curb and back. Then to the house next door and back. A little more every time. You didn't get out of shape in one day, so you aren't going to get back into shape in one day. Take it slowly and easily. Listen to your body.

I advise you to read a recipe book titled "Nourishing Traditions," by Sally Fallon. Exercise is a by-product of eating well (though the conventional thinking leads one to assume diet and exercise are a partnership, which is true, though only after good diet has been established). I suffered from many "ovary issues" and my healing with doctors did not compare to the healing this recipe book provided. These are old world, ancestral health traditions, and I promise with my whole heart if you can feed yourself with this book, your physical state will increase exponentially. Again, I promise this.
