DO I GET ENOUGH SLEEP? PLEASE HELP me!!!?!


Question: I am 13 years old. I normally don't get that much sleep. I go to bed around 1 in the morning, and I get up at 7. I have a really busy schedule, and I get home really late, and then I have to do homework. Oh, and I get home late because I have gymnastics for 4 hours every night. I am always tired. LOL. Do you have any suggestions?

Pretty obvious, you don't get enough of sleep because of two main reasons. Homework isn't an excuse, ask yourself what were you doing that time that makes you get home late? Second, Gym for 4 total hours every single night?! For an average person, 30 minutes of exercise a day is good already. Reduce the time you spent in gymnastics, or else you are working way TOO hard, which its very bad for your body.

quit gymnastics..

you could knock out some hw during lunch..so you wouldnt have so much to do at night..or go to sleep early an wake up a little earlier to do your hw. hope this helps

That is definitely not enough sleep! I got to bed at 11 and wake up at 630 and I'm a senior in high school! Sleep makes you feel much better and more focused. Do homework whenever you can, during dinner, lunch, before you go to school, during classes... so that you cut out as much as possible.
