Question: okay I wear playtex sport tampons. and so my swim practices are at 6:30Am and i will wear my tampon in at 5:00Am when I wake up. my flwo is really light, and so can I leave it like that or do I change into another one right b4 swimming?
And then do I have to change it right after i go swimming? or can i just elave it?

No, you can leave a tampon in for up to 7 hours!! If your flow is light, you shouldn't need to change your tampon untill about 11am or 12pm. You can definetely leave it in untill after swim.
Change it after you swim, but no need to do it before.
