I took Yaz for 2 months and I hated it. I never experienced what you're feeling but I did suffer from severe nausea the first couple of weeks. I was puking like I had the stomach flu and my OB thought I had a virus. When the nausea finally subsided I moved on to having very strong stomach pain (think glass shards piercing through your stomach.... I thought I was getting an ulcer). Again I asked my OB and again he said the pill wasn't causing my pain. I moved on to a 2nd and a 3rd opinion and they all said it wasn't the pill. I was diagnosed with Gastritis but after weeks of medication I stopped taking it and the pill and within 1-2 wks I felt 100% better. Unfortunately, I didn't take another pill and really wanted to be sterilized (I begged for this for months before I even started the pill) and now I'm pregnant.
My advice to you is to be on the lookout for any unusual aches/pains. Google Yaz + Side Effects and you will see a long list on their website. I didn't do this until it was too late.
=( Doctors don't know everything!!

call you doctor!
