Do orgasms affect your period in any way?!

Question: mine seem too
i get these HORRIBLE cramps that leave me in bed all day
so, i started masturbating and got an orgasm (with a vibrator)
the cramps (for the most part) went away and my period was 5 days instead of the usual 7
it maybe just me, but everyone should try it

definitely not

Great for cramp relief.

Nope. Not at all for me!! If you feel any cramping or anything it's not due to an orgasm. In fact, orgasms help relieve some symptoms of PMS and cramping. (read it in cosmo :D)

Your gynecologist would be the best person to answer that.

orgasm makes your womb contract which can actually help speed along the process a bit. And if you were having cramps before it can sometimes ease them. But careful, for some it can have the opposite effect. I have had sex while on a light day where I basically had no flow at all...then after sex and orgasm, it seemed to kick start my flow shortly after (and brought back my cramps). But the plus side is my periods have been shorter several times after having that happen. So yes, it can effect them, but not always in the same way for every woman. :)

I think it helps.
