Push-ups! They are realllllly hard at first, but you will be amazed at how fast you get results--and how quickly you can do more.
Push-ups also help to shape the muscles in your back, shoulders, and abs.
Try to do 5 at first, don't worry if you can't. Doing a few several times a day (when you wake up, on a break, before supper, and before you go to bed) is an easy way to tone your arms quickly--and it doesn't cost a dime!
Be sure to keep your back straight and stomach tucked in while you do them, though; don't injure yourself.

eh.. push ups.. you need to do a lot....
start goig to the gym and use dumbbells and start curling them or barbells

start with what ever weight suits you then do
4 set of 12, 20, 8, 6 reps
and eat protein, and drink water while your at the gym
eating meat will help with the protein and creatine in your body... the water will help you tone and make your arms look toned, and the protein will actually help you repair the muscles you just worked on at the gym
