both, you start developing about a year before ur period (at least that is the average) and most continue to grow for a couple years after they start menstruating.

You start developing your breasts before you experience your first period.

BEFORE AND AFTER

It depends on the person.
My boobz started to develop a year before my period and kept on growing after.

The breasts will develop when your puberty starts, which should be around the age of 11 and up. So yeah, it will start to grow before your first period. This is all based on genetics. I got my period when I was 11, but my friend got it when she was 14.

Usually you'll start developing breasts first.

I got my boobs first, in like 4th grade. Then my period in 5th.

your period is the sign of being fully through all the puberty symptoms so yes your breasts will START to develop before your period..

mostly before but it can also be after as well.

before

both.

well u usually get your period about 2 years after ur boobs start growing then after you get it for the first time they get bigger

before
but sometimes, u have ur period when u are flat, right when u are starting to grow little buds...lolz

Most women start getting breasts after their first period. I had my first period in the 5th grade, and my boobs had a HUGE growth spurt in the middle of 7th grade (I went from a 34A to a 34C within a two week time period).
