How do I make my boobs smaller?!

If you lose weight, your boobs will get smaller. Or you can just learn to sew and make alterations to your clothes - buy the shirts and dresses that fit your chest, and take them in at the waist and hips.
not much you can do. Just buy a shirt that is a bit bigger and see if you can get it tailored so its not so baggy around your mid section so then it would fit right around your boobs. Ask your mom, tell her your annoyance and see if she is willing to help.

Buy bigger shirts, I have the same thing going on. Enjoy them.
Have you tried a minimizer bra by Bali? I think Playtex has those also. You can look 11/2" smaller. I know because I have a couple of those for certain outfits.
Get a Breast Reduction, or wear a size larger shirt, add a wrap around your belly and there it is.....Good luck, and also like your screen name.

You aren't overweight, so you wouldn't lose in the breast by working out.
You could always bind your breast with an ace bandage, and it may help you look flatter, but it is very uncomfortable and un attractive. Try looking for a better bra or have you shirts tailored to fight you better.
Wear a sports bra. I have the same thing. I am only 5'3" and have 34C. Not as large as you, but still larger. The sports bra helps. It is also more comfortable.
