Question: i recently gave my girlfriend oral and now her vaginal area is sort of red with a hickey like mark. at first we thought it was something more serious but i was tested a few months ago and shes the only one ive been with since then (shes clean too).

Yeah. A hickey is broken capillaries - a bruise. They can happen anywhere.
