i was raped also. it was hard at first and everyone thinks they can help You . But you know they cant help by telling you they have to help.you . but they can help by just listing but that is hard for them. It took me 4yrs to get over it and then i got a job and it made it easier because I was using my hands and my mind. after a year of working there i meet a nice boy that was just my Friend. it took me a long time to trust and to be a lone. i was raped in 1975 i know that was a long time ago but rape does not change. i can tell you that the boy i meet now he is married to me and we have been married 20yrs and very happy. yes we have are ups and downs and he know that the rape will aways be in the back of my head . but he is a great man and i have 2 kids and they are great. so keep your head up and know that you are not the only one out there and you can talk to me any time i will lesson and let you know i care

i know what you are going through must be very difficult.

my best friend was raped,by 4 guys at once.
im not gonnuh lie & say you'll forget about it..cause the truth is you probably won't.
but you will gradually stop thinking about it, i bet its on your mind all the time.
you just need to kno that everthing's gonna be o-k.
life will go on,even if you're not ready for it to,so you might as well try your hardest to let this out, & involve yourself in activities...just to keep your mind genuanly off that subject.
life is totally not fair,but..thats just the way things are.
& if you dont accept it,well..thats just too bad.
