I'd not risk it. Chances are that they're still good, but why be cheap? Saving a few bucks sure isn't worth an unwanted pregnancy, is it?

if there still sealed in there package then yes there good.. latex is a wonderful material that stands wonderious climates.. ur good.. now go use um! and be safe!!
Condom wrappers actually have an expiration date on them (the spermicide). If its out of date, dont use. Hell if your unsure, just buy new ones.
As long as the sell by date hasn't passed, sure their fine!
i would pull one out and try to stretch it and stuff if it breaks VERY easily
