Cold water causes ur blood to harden and clot a little bit causing u to cramp. Take warm or hot water. I think there are some kinda herbal soups that help. But they taste kinda bad. XD

No. I drink a lot of water, and mine are painful and heavy.

Sleep, and relieving stress makes them lighter.

Drinking water will decrease your cramps slightly, but will not make your period lighter.

During your periods, the pathway for the egg from the ovaries to the vaginal rectus is constricted so by drinking water, essentially you are filling your ovaries with water causing them to bloat. If you've been noticing abdominal pain lately, this is why. You have to go see a doctor immediately so they can drain the excess fluids otherwise they could cause internal hemorrhaging and bleeding into your abdomen.

Your period is just that, yours. With out drugs there is nothing naturally you can do to change it, sorry.
The wife over my shoulder is saying that exercise will help with the pain

hahahhahahha sorry but no but do i wish that was true lol
i drink tons of water and it dosennt change at all lol

You can't you can decrease them a little bit but you can't necessarily make them lighter

actually, to help with pain i hear potassium is good. eat banannas... theyre full of it. lol
