I don't believe that it will help your chest grow. Remember that the size of your chest is generally genetic, so most girls follow their mother's size. Some say that wearing a bra when you sleep will cause breast cancer, but it has not been proven, so you should go with what you are most comfortable with. I sleep with one on, and always have. But I never think about the size changing or sagging.
It won't do a thing either way.
I am 13, and slept w/o a bra, and I am a 34D, but a little saggy. :(

well its actually been proven that if you sleep without a bra that it will help the sagging stop when you get older it will make them sag alot less nto to wear it when you sleep making them grow bigger has nothing to do with that it is all in your body not what someone does on the out side hope i helped =) <3 hugs & kisses <3
Wearing extra fabric on your skin CANNOT cause cancer (seriously people, if you don't know something for sure, DO NOT conjectorize!!!!!!)
It really won't do anything to your breasts, besides making you appear more presentable when you wake in the morning!!!
Your boobs are still going to grow because your at that stage where you are a couple of years into puberty and most don't end puberty until 18-21 years old. Your boobs will grow but they may sag a little bit. No worries though.
You don't need to sleep with a bra on, as you are laying down so gravity isn't a factor.
I never sleep with a bra on, its nice to let them be free for a few hours a day...lol...
ummm, first no one calls em' boobs.....everyone calls them breast. And no u won't get cancer, no they won't sag, and no it won't help them grow.........
