You have to touch them to put a bra on, to get dressed, to check for breast cancer, to wash yourself, to apply lotion, etc...

Yes every girl has that stage where she "grabs them and wishes for them to be bigger" or she just massages them
its important for girls to touch them. they need to give breast exams to check for cancer and who would no their one boobs better than themselves! its totally normal and healthy!!
i acctually was noticing how much they grew (im a teen girl) yesterday and im amazed but hers the hting i dont even wear a bra yet and im 13?!?! so yea and im not like flat or big just starting to grow some

Duh! It's not possible to not touch them if they're right in front pokin' out.
I do self exams, so yes, it's important to touch myself there.
