Do I Need A New Bra Size ?!

Question: Okay, well right now I'm a size 34-A. It looks as if I have a muffin top. And my girls are starting to come out of the bottom of the bra. Should I go up to a 36-A ????

uhh sweetie.
you should go up to a 34-B
the 34's and 36's are the distance around you BACK
the A,B,C,D,DD are the actual boob size.

Go to victoria's secret. They can measure and tell you what size bra you should be wearing. They keep your shirt on so it's not embarrassing.

um, why dont you talk to your mom about this?
and yeah probably.

try a 34B. when you go buy a new bra ask someone who works at the store for help

You need to be fitted, you can actually do that by yourself with a tape measure.

1) Measure around your ribcage right below your bust.
2) Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
3) If your measurement is an odd number add five and if it's an even number add four. This is your band size (the 32, 34, etc. before the letter).
4) Measure around the fullest part of your bust. make sure the tape is snug but isn't digging in.
5) Round this number to the nearest whole number and then subtract your band size.
6) How many inches do you have left? This will be your cup size; 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc.
7)If you can't even make an A cup, try the bras from the kids department. They are just as nice as regular bras, but they run in smaller sizes.

If you don't want to measure yourself, most department stores and Victoria's Secrets have bra fitters taht will fit you for free.

I hope I could help!

I say your parents should just keep locked in your room until you are 18. This way you have no worries about muffins or girls going wild.

You need to get measured, chances are you also need a bigger cup size. Big department stores such as Debenhams and Fenwicks do a measuring service free of charge, you don't have to be naked for them so don't worry about being embarrassed!

Having a correctly fitting bra makes the world of difference and you will feel so much better for it, so hurry up and get it sorted!

For some reason the bras they make now don't last. I have been fitted by professionals and when I wash them I get Muffin Tops too even though I don't throw them into the dryer. I saw a thing last week on how they make bras, and they said a bra is only good for 3 months. After hearing that I would NEVER buy expensive bras again. They said after 3 months the bras stretch out and shrink no matter what you do. Just next time get the cup size bigger than you need at the time , then maybe they'll last longer. Thats whay I'm going to do.

well the only difference between a 34-A and a 36-A is that the band that goes around your ribs is bigger. have you gotten fatter? if so then get a bra with a larger circumfrence.

if you only need a biger cup size then upgrade to a 34-B.

No, you should go to a 34B or 34C. Maybe even go to a smaller band size.

Try a 32B or 32C.

The number is the band size (measurement around your chest, round up, add four if its even and five if its odd, that is the band size).

The letter is your cup size. (measurement around your breasts across the widest part of your breasts, subtract band size from this measurement. 1" is an A, 2" is a B, etc).
