When you sleep should you sleep with or with out a bra?!
Question: some people believe that if you wear a bra while sleeping your breasts will stay perkier in the long run and wont sag when u are older
i think that it is necessary to give ur boobs time to relax and hang loose, bra free. plus i like the feeling of no bra.
it is really up to you and what you like most, each has its advantages adn disadvantages

i would sleep with a bra but not a good one an old one because you might wear it out.
It all depends on how comfortable it is for you! Sleeping with a bra on or off has no effect on whether or not your breasts will grow or stay small, or become firm or saggy. It's really a personal preference, but I think it's most comfortable to sleep without one!

I sleep without one, its bloody uncomfortable falling asleep in one, plus it plays no purpose. xx
