Question: my friend and i are thinking about starting "the pill". but we have a few questionsss. first of all, how long does it take to start up and start working? we know it makes your boobs bigger, but how much and will it make us gain weight? and is it even worth it?

well, are you taking the pill because:
1. you do not want to get pregnant, or
2. are you taking the pill because you hear that it stops periods/pms/makes breasts bigger etc.?
if you are taking the pill for 2. , then THIS VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON. in most ppl, the pill shortens/takes away periods completely. some ppl the pill doesnt affect their periods. as for breast size/weight gain, once again it varies...
if you're taking the pill for reason number 1, then just follow the directions and it will work fine, but there is NO CONTRACEPTIVE that is 100 % effective so always use a condom...
