Cramps & Tenderness but no period?!
Question: I am sure to be yelled at and criticized but it was my own personal choice so spare me. I am coming to this board to ask a question and get answers from people who are going to be useful to me. 4 weeks ago Saturday I had a very early abortion. Aspiration method. I was told I was going to get my period 4-8 weeks after. For the past couple of days (3 or 4) I have been experiencing cramps and breast tenderness but no period. Is it possible to have that but not get my period for awhile or are those signs its on its way? I am just worried so I'd appreciate help NOT criticism.

Wow, I'm sorry you had to read that person's "answer".
You needed to go to your 2 week check-up. They confirm everything for you. Then, 4-8 weeks you should get your period. It's okay to go back and get another check-up. If you have unprotected sex during this time, you will be pregnant (again).
Your hormones are going super crazy right now. And anything will get you pregnant.
You may feel like your not going to have sex regularly and feel you dont need birth control... but you do.
so go get on birth control.... (i am too.) hopefully everything works out... good luck. stay strong. you know what was best for you...

Hope you enjoy the rest of your life thinking about what you child's favorite bedtime story would have been...
