i come from a muslim family, you know how the culture is. you should bleed on your wedding night. i've grown up in england and like everyone else i've used tampons. i'm 18 by the way. i've also been cycling a lot, i mean a hell of a lot. for about 3 consequent years. i somehow get the feeling that my hymen might be broken and i may not bleed the first time i have sex. i'm really worried because of my culture and their expectations. i don't know what to do. helpppppppppppp pleaseeee! any ways that i can perhaps bleed?! i would give anything to make that happen

If you marry an EDUCATED man, he will not expect you to bleed, because he would know that it is an unreasonable expectation, based solely in ignorance. Unfortunately ignorance on this subject is rampant, and not restricted to any one culture. You have an equal chance of encountering the same ignorance in a Western man. I see it here every day.
The plain fact is that not all women bleed their first time, even if their hymens are intact. They get stretchier the older you get, and they can stretch without breaking. And the absence of a hymen is no proof of sexual activity, as you know.
Do not hurt yourself just to make a performance of bleeding on your wedding night. Just give it some thought, and I'm sure you'll find another way to fool him into thinking he made you bleed, even if you didn't actually.
