I don't think there really is an age to use tampons. I think you should wait a year after you start having a period.
there is no age limit, i used them after my first pad of my first period and i have never gone back! talk to your mom and she iwll let you knwo if she thinks it s agood idea and she may even help you figure out waht you need to do by explaining it if youneed help.
