Urethra stinging all the dang time?!

Question: Hi!

Ever since I can remember I have had a burning/ stinging pain just a little way up into my urethra. It's especially bad before and after I pee (no pain during urination, though). I have had two UTIs in the past 2 months and have taken antibiotics. But as soon as I quit taking the antibiotics the stinging comes back. I don't have frequent urination or stabbing pains...I don't know if that matters. I am only 20 years old and it's driving me crazy. I remember being 14 and thinking, OMG this stinging is driving me crazy, but it wasn't constant. Now, it's nearly constant.

Any help would be great!!! Diet, medical, ideas...all welcome.

P.S. I don't have any STD's I know for a fact.

Thank you. =D

ALSO: I did my antibiotics perfectly. I took them all and took them at the right times.

See a urologist..you might have something other than an UTI
They can run some test and find out stuff more then just a regular doctor can..Good luck.

well it could be a urinary track infection

Unfortunately, anti-biodics doesn't kill all the bacterias. There are many that are very resistant, and cure is often a hit and miss....

You will have to get yourself examined and urine culture done to find out if your UTI is actually gone. Besides it, you will have to see an urologist for an examination.

It could be an antibiotic-resistant strain of whatever it was. You may need stronger antibiotics.

Cranberry juice might work, but you have to drink a lot. Go to a place that sells herbal supplements and ask if corn silk will be helpful.

May be singing for lonely.
