Did i start my period?!

Question: in january, i noticed that I may have started my period because there was blood but i wasnt sure and it wasnt much and was only a few days, so i decided to forget about it but for the last few months around the beggining/end of the month i've been bleedign again but it doesnt seem like a ton, and it only lasts like 4 days max..

is this my period?

plus i never really told my mom,
shes a nurse, but i think ill be the first kid in my family too..
how should i tell her?

yes i'm pretty sure you did. it starts out very light and tends to be a brownish color and only lasts a few days. it's strt to grow in a few months and become a little redder and a little heavier.

I could be wrong but this is from my knowing.

hope i helped!

simple, tell her you have a period

Just tell her no biggy and yes it is!

you shoulda told her when you first bled! but you probably do have your period!
is this your first period?
congratulations !

yes it mostly likely iss .
congrats .

it sounds to me like it is your period but you should tell your mom...she will understand I promise

yeah, that's your period. at first it's pretty light, and irregular. this stinks because you never know when it's gonna hit you so always carry pads/tampons. with the mom thing, if you feel uncomfortable telling her just wait. if you have lots of questions you dont want to ask strangers, you're going to have to go through with asking her or looking it up online. after you've had your period a few times it's no big deal and you shouldn't have a problem with telling your mom, especially if she's a nurse

Tell her next time you see her and say mom I need to ask you a question, can we go buy some tampons or pads? She'll get it~good luck

just tell her. the first time was just spotting but 4 days is a period. congrats. and omg. youre so lucky if its really that light..

SOunds like a period, just tell her you started and need some pads or tampons, which ever you perffer.

You should tell her now..its nothing to be embarassed about...it may be awkward i was a young when i started mine so i understand...but if no one knows....how do you get your sanitary napkins....your mother is a nurse so its would probably be more comfortable if you told

yep that's a period. and just tell her that you got your period, that's all there is to it lol. periods can be really light, or really heavy. and can last from 2 to like 7 days. congratulations!

yeah u started it.

when you get older it would last longer.

just tell her you might have your period.
mothers tend to be really happy

just tell her i knew i started mine but i waited until i got to skool and i called her and told her over the phone it was very easy that way but it probably would have been easy in person too
