Ladies, what do your menstrual cramps feel like?!
Question: Mine feel like some is sticking thier hand up there and something is hanging in between my legs. Is that normal could this be a problem?

I feel like my insides are going to fall out. It's a dull agonizing pain, sometimes it makes my whole body hurt. I usually take about 600 mgs of Ibuprofen every 6 hours and lay in bed with a heating pad if I'm home. Hot showers and baths help too.
I feel nothing at all
I can go on with my normal activities...
but everyone is different.
they feel like DEATH
It feels like my ovaries are turning grey & necrotic like they're dyign or like someonen is stabbing me in my lower abdomen on both sides. it's awful. The pain should be on the sides of your abdomen...from right below the stomach to pelvic area.
mine feels horrible. but i take 3 advils and put a heating pad on my stomach and it feels better.
