Had you finished your pack of pills before you started your period? If you had then it is not a problem and just continue taking your pill as normal; or if you feel safer go straight onto your next pack- it'll do you no harm.
If you came on before finishing and it was more than just spotting you noticed, I'd stop taking any pills and go see your doc just to be on the safe side.
If there's no problem than yay!!
In relation to your spots- sadly even us on medication can get the wonderful "monthly" breakouts or a couple that no one can do anything about!! Sorry

call your doctor and find out what he thinks you should do

People will continue to believe prescribed drugs are ok.

Stop taking them , they mess around with your hormones and your system.

The doctor is just a legal drug dealer .
