Lol, its normal, very normal.
It's just a liquid that cleans out ur vagina. When the discharge thickens it shows that ure fertile. Ure just going thru puberty and there's nothing to worry about. If the discharge is heavy and wet and u feel uncomfortable, use a pantyliner. It may mix with ur sweat and cause u to itch.

yes it's normal. That's when i got discharge and started wearing bra i got my period 2-3 years later.
If it is whiteish or creamish colored then that usually happens within a year of your period, i got a discharge at 11 and evry single one of my friends had it too then i got my period.
