as long as you wear a tampax

If you can use a tampon you can swim then.
It's actually very good exercise and reduces period cramps.

yes just wear a tampon

You can, but you must wear a tampon, not a towel. If you wear a towel, it is unplasant for the other swimmers, as the blood may stain the water. However, you will be fine to go wearing a tampon.

you can swim with protection such as a tampon, but cramps may happen if the water is too cool or cold. alot of women just don't because blood may leak and it appears unhealthy for others in the pool.

i guess you can.. but not if its your heaviest day..

As long as there are no sharks about as they will be attracted to the blood from your snatch.

yes of course yu wear something called a tampon which is a bit like a wad of cotton which yu shove up yur hole. it has a string attatched to it and make sure it doesnt break. It inflates when its wet. So i suggest yu to use it to go swimming. But scuba diving is not suggested. Especially in shark infested places.

btw to nicole: its no big deal if yur hymen breaks. yunno 80% of women's hymens break partially by just running and jumping. i think that yur virginity is no big deal..god its just a layer of skin =.=

You can but you must take the required precautions.

yep i do so frequently
wear a tampon or menstrual cup! with a tampon change it before and after you swim
