Question: I have been using it for 2 years now, and I love it.
I had some cramping and spotting for a few days after insertion, and I felt aware of the fact that it was there for a few weeks (probably just in my head). My strings stuck my husband a few times, but they soften and wind up in a month or so. I also discoverd that I could push them up with my finger and that took care of the problem.
It is the most effective birth control on the market, it is good for 5 years, and you don't have to remember anything. It allows me to be completely spontaneous. I don't have periods anymore either.
