For about a week before my period started, every time i had a wee i got a pain in my left overie which is really weird though at the time i thought it was jsut a kidney infection as i suffered from them alot when i was little! I know now differently and it was deff an overie pain.
Anway, i was only 11, due to start secondary school and one saturday morning i had gotten out of the bath, had a towel wrapped round me and was cleaning me teeth lol When i took the towel off i saw there was blood and though oh god, got some tissue and yep it had come from where i thought it had lol so i got my sister who was running her bath to go and get mum because i needed to ask her something and i couldnt move (lol) so mum came into the bathroom and i said that when i stood up i noticed there was blood on the towel and my mum simply said youve started your periods and got me some towels. She then told me to get my diary and showed the the 28 days thing....and that was the end of it. lol
I was 13 when I first got mine
it happend to me while I was at school in the 8th grade.
I was 13 and just about to go to school. I just told my mum i was bleeding.
when I was 12, we were at home, on sunday night
I was 15 at home i noticed something brownish not right the thursday night but i left it work up Friday morning...wooo...period!!! haha!! It was Friday 13th..Unluck eh? I was really scared about telling my mum tbh, i was at the top of the stairs and she was coming up and i just blurted it out mumithinkivestartedmyperrioddd. and she was quite cool about it just like oh ok then.

I was 9 years old when i first started my period. It was after having my shower,i wore my underwear and sunddely i feld like there is something coming out from me and i feld so fet. then i just pul my underwear down and could see littkle blood on my pants.
I told my mum what that was and she gave me some part to wear on then she sat me down and told me what that blood where.
She was very suportive
I was a late starter 16, luckily I have sisters that helped me out. I just told my sister that I think I've started and she gave me one of hers. Then we went to the shops to buy some. My mum was at work, and I told her when she came home.
i was 11..i was at home went to the bathroom cuz i was feeling weird and sure enough it had started. after that first period though i didnt get another one until i was 13.

I WAS 12, AND IT WAS DURING SUMMER VACATION AND I WAS PIST OFF. IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TELLING MY MOM AND I DIDN'T TELL HER UNTIL ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS AFTER. I DID HAVE BAD CRAMPS THOUGH, NOW I DON'T GET THEM THAT BAD, THANKFULLY.
i was 13. it was Christmas morning. i was going camping on boxing day with my mates... all the shops were shut... mum only had tampons... so i had 2 go 2 a gross old petrol station and pay like 14 dollars for 2 little packs... lmao
I was 17. I had dreaded it for about 6 years before. When it finally happened, I was miserable. I really hated it. Now, at 27, I rarely have periods (like, had 2 last year), and that`s just fine, it only lasts 2-3 days, so....
