Be proud of what you have baby. I bet they are gorgious. Forget false ones be proud. your not a rubber doll babe.
I'm a 32E and at 16 that's good! but i would rather have them smaller now then let them grow, i'm scared they will get saggy quicker!

i'm happy with what i've got, 38F (real) but with having two kids and breastfeeding they need a little boost from a wonderbra now and again.

i like the roundness of artificial breasts too but i will stick with my 38D s wonder bras are great and cheaper than a boob job
I can't answer from personal experience, as I've never had fake breasts, but my real breasts are rather large, so I can't imagine wanting fake ones.
I would, however, like to have breast reduction surgery someday, if they fail to decrease in size after I lose weight. They're causing some serious back problems, and I already have a deformity (one is much larger than the other), so I've been considering augmentation for a while - just not enlarging them.
A friend of mine had implants put in, and I must say - hers looked very nice after the surgery. She didn't have to wear a bra. They were naturally firm and lifted. They looked very natural, as far as size goes. They were about a C, I believe, which fit her body shape and size.
You are lucky! Mine used to be just like that til I had kids. No, even if I was flat as as a pancake I wouldn't want the fake ones. Most men like to lok but will admit they like knowing their woman isn't a frakenstien built on a surgeans table.
real; sometimes we might not like every feature about us; but God made us a special and made us a certain way for a reason; and besides that my husband won't let me get fake ones cuz he wants the real thing.

I prefer the look of real boobs but I would love slightly bigger ones. I am a 38 b. But my husband is a boob man and always think he would like more but he always he like them as they are. Also the pain, I cant understand why someone would choose to put them through surgery. And unless they are done really well they always look so fake.

i dont know. im really tiny, almost totally flat. But i dunno if i could get the surgery done for fakes. i plan to have kids, so maybe they'll get bigger then...

I'm a 36 E and 16 years old which isn't bad lol. i would rather have real ones any day. size doesn't really matter. fake ones don't look or feel real and they are soooo expensive. i think people should be happy with their body and proud of it :)

real. I`m a 34B, my sister`s a 32E (naturally, believe it or not) and has awful back pains etc. She`s pregnant, but only 3 months, so they`re only going to get bigger. I feel sooo sorry for her.
I've got real breasts...... 38GG, and like them, but wish they were as pert as they were when I was in my 20s (am 48).
