I recommend that you check out the following website, which will tell you what your BMI (body mass index) is, and that will tell you if you are underweight: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calcula...

Also, then find out what your calorie needs are (as a 13 year old) at this site: http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/energy/...

That should give you a fairly good idea of what you need daily. Remember to get a good selection of nutrition and avoid the junk food. Also, fruits, vegetables and grains (like pasta and bread) are the healthiest for you.

I would encourage you not to worry too much so long as you are eating enough healthy food and getting your exercise--It sounds like you have a healthy weight, so try to just be healthy and enjoy life :)

That is plenty of food.
Just go easy on the cheese.
And drink lots of water, no soda.

You need protien. You have none, or very little right now in your diet. Eat some meat girl.

I think you eat a lot healthier than a lot of teens out there! congrats.. I think you are pretty healthy and am glad you are concerned about your health and weight... keep up the good work...
