I have a problem with my birth control??!


Question: ive been on the pill since i was about 13, and my body adjusted fine to it, but now i switched perscriptions and when im not supposed to bleed i bleed and when im supposed to bleed i dont, its like it switched my body all around, so i stopped taking it, does anyone have a possible explanation for this?

Your new birth control--is it a smaller amount of estrogen or progesterone than your old pill? Because it might be that it's not suppressing ovulation right, and that's why you've got the bleeding problem.

give your body time to ajust to the new pill. or go back and talk to your doctor
