I'm scared to never eat?!

Question: What's wrong with me? Every time I see a magazine or the Tv I always see models, sometimes I feel insecure. I'm 14 and 130 lbs. I hate it, I don't even want to eat but when I eat I have a guilty feeling and feel like throwing up. I used to be bulimic and hated, please can someone help me be thin without doing anything of that stuff.

I can't go to a gym, and I'm a vegan

You dont need to be influenced by models in the pictures, becasue they are either too thin and very ill, or its not eve really them!
They get pro photographers to make them look thiner than they actually are. They are just people, and there is nothing sexy about being able to see your own bones! And your only 14... thats way too young to be worrying about your weight!
But, if you really want to be thiner, which i thing you dont, maybe you should eat more fruit and veg a day and go jogging in your garden (back yard) or something?

You are fine at the weight you are at. Comparing yourself to others will only make you more insecure. Exerise and it'll help alot with energy and your moods. Go for walks with friends, go play soccer or basketball. Just concentrate on having fun and getting outside.

dont worry about them
most of then stave to look like that and are sick
also some have operations
just be you and be happy
drink ensure or boost

you arent fat so do think that u dont need to eat b-cuz if u dont u can get very sick and it can become a critical illness

try eating fruit and vegetables, plenty of nuts and lean meat, this way you will still be eating stuff that is good for you but you wont be eating the stuff that will cause you to lose weight. Try gentle exercise like yoga or pilates which will give you lean muscles without bulking up, and drink plenty of water.

I can understand how you feel about the images in the media, I used to have some serious food issues, I would go through the day just eating 1 apple and a bit of bread, so can relate to the thought of wanting to be skinny. It is so easy to get food issues, it starts gently and turns into scary things very quickly.

Please dont go back to being bulimic, it has so many implications for your health long term that it would be crazy to do that. Just follow my advice and you will stay skinny, but in a healthy way. Thats what I do when I want to lose a bit of weight. Currently size 6-8 weigh about 7.4 stone.

Good luck.

jst eat right and exersice bt eat!!!!!!!!
i was on the verge of being over weight...........i stopped eating and trust me it does nt feel gud!!!!!!!! i couldnt gt up wit out feelin dizzy i was always tired and i couldnt do the things i wanted cuz i was weak. Then i think i was underweight now i eat right and im still skiny!!!!!!!
look up fat free recipies or make ur favorite low fat meal(mine was eggs i would eat them all the time)try nt to eat any junk food and exercise alot....be patient it make take some time it took me 9 months to gt skinny bt nt the healthy way so eat healthy foods and no junk food!!!

Most people say diet and exercise determine your weight, however exercise will make you more hungry.

I say what you put in your mouth determines your weight, meaning you have to eat the right things and the right amount.

For example you can determine the amount of calories you eat from the food label, avoid junk foods like chips, chocolate, etc.

Make sure you have a balanced diet with protein and carbs, being a vegan might be more challenging as you are still growing, it is easier later when you are done growing, don't mess up your body now, free range chicken might be a temporary option.

If you feel you need to pay attention to what you are eating, this could be a good start.

By the way the majority of models is done growing and they don't eat their daily calories when they take pictures, but eat normally after ward.

You can't look at a picture and assume that this person looks like that all the time.

Also the modeling industry is dominated by men, possibly inclined to homosexuality, meaning they want to see their models to look like boys, this is why models are asked to tape their breasts, in case you were not aware of that.

I used to have an eating disorder when I was young, too. I was a dancer and we were basically expected to be bulimic or anorexic in order to be as thin as possible. It was disgusting.

I really didn't get myself out of it until I was in my early 20's. For your sake, start learning to eat now! I see that you're a vegan. So long as you are eating whole, healthy food, you can eat as much as you want without having to worry about calories, grams of fat, carbohydrates, portion sizes, or weight gain. Stick to a high-green, alkaline way of eating and your body will be healthy, strong and shiny! The book, Fit for Life by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond is the book that really saved me and got me to eat without feeling guilt, and now I live by Robert O. Young's books and green, alkaline life-style. I'm slim, strong, healthy...and I eat a ton of food!

Also, learn to appreciate female bodies that are athletic, muscular and powerful. I personally hate how models have remained stick thin over the years. To me they just look unhealthy.

Is there a health reason why you can't go to the gym? Are you able to work-out? Weight training or any form of exercise that involves resistance builds strength, stamina, and beautifully defined muscles. Do yourself a favor and start looking at magazines like Oxygen rather than fashion magazines or tabloids. Find your own powerful definition of beauty.

Remember -- your metabolism slows down if you starve yourself. To keep your metabolism revved up, you need to eat regularly throughout the day. Food is not the enemy!

Take good care of yourself, chica.
