Despite what other people of said, there is nothing funny about this. Is a problem I understand very well. The suggestion about Kegel exercises was a good one. I would talk to your gynecologist about the problem. The doctor can demonstrate the proper way do the exercises or maybe even refer you to a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor strengthening.

There are several other things you can do that might help improve the situation. Losing even five or 10 pounds can decrease the pressure on your bladder. Regular exercise helps to. Limit the amount of sugar and caffeine you take in as well as artificial sweeteners and carbonated beverages. All of these things are bladder irritants that can aggravate stress incontinence. A doctor can also advise you about medications that are available before you take the surgical route.

A very little-known short-term solution if you know that you're going to be in a situation where laughter is likely is to insert a tampon. It helps to lift the bladder and provide some temporary support. Good luck

no...its just a "gift" i fart when i laugh...means u r unique

im sorry but thats funny and idk if there is a surgery to correct that

Have you tried Kegel exercises? You may be able to correct this problem with a few focused exercises - rather than having to undergo surgery. Check it out:

My mother in law had that surgery. She said it was pretty bad the first couple of weeks, then she felt better. She had a catheter for about a week after surgery, about 6 weeks after she was back to normal.

you have a leakage and week kidneys and bladder haveing babies will cause everything to drop. see a doctor.

it's called stress incontinence, I had the surgery, recovery was about a week, and full healing took about a year.

LOL. I always pee alittle when I laugh unless I totally dont have to pee at all. But it's not a big problem for me, ask your doctor.

You need to do Kegal exercises to strengthen you pelvic floor. Having babies weaken this muscle. How you do a Kegal is stop yourself peeing midstream. That muscle that your pulling on to stop you pee is the muscle you need to work on. When your not peeing you squeeze that muscle over and over again to strengthen it. (just like stopping the pee coming out). Try starting out with squeezing that muscle 10 times 3 times a day. Build up from there.

It's known as stress incontinence.

Kegel exercises may help.
Next step is deep stimulation (electroshock).
Then collagen injection (for women only).
Artificial sphincter implant is the final therapy.

See a urologist.
