Is it normal to be so tired you just can't make yourself go? What the hell i!

Question: Has anyone ever been like that?

Answers: Has anyone ever been like that?

I would suggest that you get some blood work done. The most obvious things to think about are anemia and low thyroid. But they can check for other things--diabetes, for example--that's always worth ruling out. See what your doctor thinks.

If there's nothing wrong, I'd look at how much sleep you are getting. If under 8 hours/night, you're probably bone-deep exhausted. And with three kids, a job, and a business, no wonder! Try prioritizing yourself, cut corners where you can,
get eight hours of sleep a night, and try some moderate exercise. A new study just found that moderate exercise eases rather than increases fatigue.

Finally, if you're healthy and you're sleeping enough, think about whether you could be depressed. Sometimes depression feels like fatigue.

i am just turnin 60 and i was wonderin the same thing...hmmmm!

Sorry but what is the question?

try subliminal vitamin B-12 and check out Body Rejuvenator. And no I am not a salesman.....just a suggestion
